- How long will it take to pick up the vehicles?
We are known for providing the fastest response times in our industry. Our same day service is normally provided. However depending on pick up locations, transit times may vary.
It is recommended you contact our Bookings Department if an estimated time is required.
- Do you transport vehicles that don’t run?
Generally we don’t. All vehicles transported need to be in a driveable condition so that they can be safely moved for transport. Information should be provided with your booking if you have any concerns.
- Do you transport vehicles that don’t start?
Yes provided it only relates to a flat battery.
- Do you transport damaged vehicles?
Yes we do, provided the vehicle damage doesn’t impede movement or cause safety risks for the purposes of loading / unloading and transportation. Information should be provided with your booking if you have any concerns.
- Do you transport smashed vehicles?
No. We are not a Towing Company.
- Can you pick up break downs?
We are not a Towing Company. However in some circumstances we can transport the vehicle. Please contact our Bookings Department for further information.
- Can you pick up vehicles from the roadside?
We are not a Towing Company. However in some circumstances we can transport the vehicle. Please contact our Bookings Department for further information.
- Do you transport Motorcycles, Forklifts, Quadbikes, Golf Buggies, Trailers, Caravans, Campervans or Boats?
No. We are Motor Vehicle Transporters.
- Do you service the public?
Not in general. We service businesses and the trade related to the Motor Vehicle Industry. We also service business where transport is provided to or from a private individual.
- Do you transport to / from private, business or corporate locations?
Yes we do. Additional information will be required with your booking to enable this.
- What additional information do you need for a private, business or corporate booking?
The address details, the contact person at the address and a mobile telephone number of the contact person at the address is required with your booking.
- Do you transport to / from the Auctions?
Yes we service a variety of Motor Auctions. Additional information will be required with your booking to enable this. Please Contact our Bookings Department to confirm your details.
- How can I pay for the transport of the vehicles?

- How many vehicles can you do?
We can cater to any number of vehicles you need transported. We have the fleet and flexibility to suit any need.
- I have an urgent vehicle for transport, can you help?
Yes we can. Our service is normally provided within a day, however if you need a specific time allocation, please contact our Bookings Department to determine availability.
- Can you take advance bookings?
Yes. A clear indication with your booking will be required to enable this.
- Can you transport vehicles booked for a specific date or time?
Yes, bookings can be made for a specific date or time. If this service is required, a clear indication with your booking will be required to enable this. It is recommended you contact our Bookings Department for confirmation.
- How much will it cost to transport the vehicles?

- Is there anything that needs to be considered for the transport of a vehicle?
- The vehicle must be driveable and able to start, have functioning brakes, indicators, lights and transmission.
- The bonnet, boot lid, utility lid, canopy, soft top, hard top or moveable and removable external items must be closed, locked and secured prior to cartage.
- The vehicle must contain a sufficient quantity of fuel in its tank for cartage.
- Any known modifications such as lowered suspension (under minimum ground clearance of 150mm) or bull bars fitted should be reported with your booking.
- Loose items internally or externally should be removed or secured for transport.
- Dangerous goods, valuables and personal belongings must be removed from the vehicle prior to cartage.
- Vehicles loaded with equipment or tools may be rejected for cartage.
- Vehicles must be ready to go once a booking has been made. If a vehicle might not be ready to go right away, an indication of this will be required with your booking.
- If there are any known access issues for the vehicle or the carrier, an indication of this would be appreciated with your booking.
- Can you carry any belongings in or with the vehicle?
No. We take no responsibility for personal belongings or valuables in or with the vehicle. Any belongings either secured or unsecured that do not form a regular part of the vehicle, may be rejected for cartage. In any case, no liability will be taken for any loss, theft or damages resulting thereof.
- Can you collect additional items like books or documents with the vehicle?
If this service is offered to you, it is not part of the service we normally provide and no guarantees will be made. It is recommended you contact our Bookings Department to discuss any concerns you may have.
- Can you carry any passengers whilst transporting vehicles?
No.
- Do you provide services after hours or on weekends?
Our Trading Hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. However we can attend out of hours transport booked by prior arrangement with our Bookings Department.
- Do you do country locations or interstate transport?
We generally operate in the Greater Melbourne Region only. On occasion, some country locations can be covered by prior arrangement. Contact our Bookings Department for further information.
- When do additional fees apply?
To ensure the adequate completion of vehicles transported, an additional service may be required in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. On such an occasion, an additional fee may be applied for additional time, service or distance provided over and above the transport originally booked and quoted. Some examples may include;
- Excessive waiting time at pick up or delivery. Beyond standard 15 minute allowance.
- Change in delivery location whilst vehicle is in transit.
- Change in delivery location at the point of delivery.
- Correction of transport where inaccurate information was provided on the booking.
- Oversized Vehicles. Including Commercial Vehicles, Long Wheel Based Vehicles, Small Trucks, Large SUV’s and Buses.
- Non-going vehicle transport.
- Damaged vehicle transport.
- Modified vehicle transport.
- When do service fees apply?
When transport booked cannot be carried out, due to circumstances beyond our control, a service fee may be applied for attending pick up on a job. Some examples may include;
- Cancellation of transport at the point of pick up.
- Cancellation at pick up where incorrect information was provided on the booking.
- Cancellation at pick up where vehicle is determined to be unfit for cartage.
- Cancellation of transport whilst vehicle is in transit.
